MUMBAI (Web Desk) - Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan has been spotted in the scenic region of Kashmir recently to shoot a key schedule of his upcoming film "Dunki" directed by Rajkumar Hirani.
According to sources, SRK and his co-star Taapsee Pannu were in Kashmir to shoot an important underwater sequence for the film, which is not an action scene but a pivotal one that will take the narrative forward to an important juncture.
Sources added that the location for the underwater sequence has not yet been finalised, but the team is excited to shoot it soon. Meanwhile, the shooting of the Kashmir schedule will wrap up this week. Hirani has been working on post-production simultaneously and the film is presently on track.
"Dunki" is the first-ever collaboration between SRK and Hirani, one of Bollywood's ace directors. SRK announced the film in April 2022 on his social media handles, stating that he is humbled and excited to work with Hirani. The film is slated to release in cinemas on December 22, 2023.
